WordPress extensions that stay out of the way
Lightweight, admin-only tools for editorial and B2B websites. No tracking, nothing added to your public pages, your data stays on your own site.
Extensions
HKC Performance Google sign-in
Monitor Core Web Vitals and PageSpeed Insights from the WordPress admin: stable scores (median of several runs), real-visitor data from the Chrome UX Report, alerts, plain-language advice, a log of site changes, and a before/after comparison with Google Search Console clicks and rankings.
HKC Trafic runs on the public site
Access journal and visit statistics from the admin: human visits told apart from robots, which generative-AI crawlers actually come and what they read, a journal filterable column by column with saved views, and the probes looking for a way in. Retention is sized to the traffic your site actually receives, and alerts fire before the disk or the budget runs out.
HKC Internal Links
Internal linking map: incoming and outgoing links of every post, orphan posts, and suggested links to create.
HKC Publishing Report
Publishing report: evolution of posts and comments over the whole history of the blog, and a month-by-month view of any year compared with the surrounding years.
HKC Blocks
Editor blocks: typo-tolerant search, related posts by content similarity, and an alphabetical index of posts.
These three extensions have a French admin interface. Install them from Plugins › Add New › Upload Plugin; new versions then appear in the WordPress plugins screen.
Principles
- Nothing loaded on the public site: no script, no stylesheet, no extra request for your visitors — with one stated exception, HKC Trafic, which keeps the access journal and therefore has to see the accesses.
- Your data stays in your own WordPress database, and is removed when an extension is uninstalled.
- Read-only access to Google services, only when an extension needs it, and only after your explicit consent.
- Direct downloads from this site, and automatic updates like any other WordPress extension.
